  • A.R.Rahman is Tamilnadu's biggest icon, along with President A.P.J. Abdul Kalaam and Superstar Rajnikanth! In the online poll conducted by CNN-IBN, all three of them got 18% votes! (Source: Zee News)
  • Nokia joins hands with ARR for "Pray for me Brother" - the album that ARR composed for the United Nations Millennium Campaign for poverty alleviation. (Source: Sify)
  • Reliance - Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (R-ADAG) ropes in A.R.Rahman to compose a theme song for its commercials. (Source: Financial Express) . Update: ARR has turned down this offer.
  • The pooja for A.R.Rahman's new movie Sakkaraikatti was held last week. Seems to be youthful film.
  • ARR has confirmed that the film Elizabeth 2 by Shekhar Kapoor is on and ARR is working for it!

    gud news is he's wrkin on somany albums of late. Sp there's the feast awaiting us :)

    As u kno,he's composin music for satyagrahi, a telugu movie. Im very much eager towards this particualr album.
